Tyson's gone to Paris and Germany for 2 weeks on an MBA study abroad. This means I am a single mom for that time. The trick to staying sane is to keep our days busy. And visit the grandparents a lot. Grandma Joyce rescued us on this particular day and took us to the zoo. Thank you!!
Being 1st in line for a merry go round is the best! Then you can pick whatever animal you want. Tyler's ahead of us on a stationary peacock. I don't know who was more excited for Lydia to get the elephant - her or me. Ahh, the simple things.
Hot zoo + lots of walking and animal oooing and ahhhing = naptime!
I caught her sleeping like this. What I would give to be able to watch her dreams. :-)
