Here's the conundrum: Tyson gets 4 free media passes to Disneyland a year, but he can't get any time off work. What to do? Well, when Jetblue has a weekend Disneyland special where kids fly and stay free, we jump on it! And thus began our quick weekend to California the 2nd weekend in December.
Lydia hasn't flown on an airplane since she was 3 months old. At the airport and on the airplane she kept exclaiming, "This is a-MAY-zing!"
After arriving in Long Beach, we rented a car and headed straight to Oceanside. We could have stayed at the beach all afternoon.
Covered in sand and couldn't be more pleased.
Next stop, Justin and Michelle's to meet this little guy, Asher, less than a month old.
Heading back north to our hotel for the night, the kids jumped on the beds while I picked Opa up at the airport. He flew out with our forgotten suitcase and to join us in Disneyland!
